We will then contact you by email with a preliminary quote and then will request an image file of the moment you would like to transform into a hand-finished custom wood carving. 

High or Low-Relief

Choose how deep the carving is cut into the wood:

​

High-Relief: the design is cut deeper into the wood (1/2" to 5/8"), which provides greater contrast and range of depth in the carving. The price is higher because the carving process is much more labor intensive. 

​

Low-Relief: the design is not cut as deep into the wood but the carving process is much quicker, which allows the price to be lower than the "high-relief" option.

Choose Your Preferences

We offer carvings in the following wood varieties:

Alder (medium, large, or x-large size)

Pine (one size only, with pine frame attached 13 3/4" X 16 3/4")

Mahogany (medium, large, or x-large size)

The following are our standard sizes:

Medium Size: 14" x  17 3/4"

Large Size: 19 7/8" x 25 7/8"

X-Large Size: 27 9/16" X 36 3/4"

Finish options:

Lightly sanded natural wood

Stained to color of customer's choice with protective coating of Tung Oil or Polyurethane
